CANCELLATION POLICY
Sugar Momma Studio accepts card, Apple Pay, and exact cash only. I do not keep change. By booking, you agree to the following. LATE POLICY: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • Up to 5 minutes late: Your service will continue as scheduled. • 5–10 minutes late: Your service may be shortened to stay on schedule. • 10+ minutes late: Your appointment will be canceled and 100% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. Please communicate if you are running behind. Accommodations are not guaranteed. CANCELLATION POLICY: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • 24+ hours’ notice: No fee • Less than 24 hours: 50% of the service total • No-shows: 100% of the service total and may result in restricted future booking Late cancellations and reschedules are subject to the same fee. EMERGENCIES: I understand that things happen. True emergencies will always be handled with grace — please reach out. BOOKING ACCURACY: Incorrect bookings may result in adjustments, rescheduling, or service changes. SICK POLICY: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. I’ll happily get you rebooked.
